Garden Rooms are considered permitted development, meaning that in most cases, they do not require planning permission under new regulations that took effect on 1st October 2008. It is the ultimate responsibility of the home/land owner to ensure their Garden Room meets Planning & Building Regulations, although The Cedar Room’s team of experts is on hand to give advice and support.

Once we arrive on-site, we will aim to complete your garden room within 15 days. Our smaller rooms take around seven days, and the larger rooms take 15 days to complete. More bespoke garden rooms may vary significantly from this estimate, and our team will be able to help you with a predicted timescale.

 

Once we have completed your Garden Room, we will clear up after ourselves and remove any rubbish or debris so you can enjoy your beautiful Garden Room from the minute our vehicle pulls away from your house!
