We’re currently mid-project on a beautiful cedar outbuilding, and it’s already shaping up to be one of our favourite builds of the year.
From the start, this one was all about combining natural beauty with modern comfort. The client wanted something that felt warm, welcoming, and high-end — not just another garden shed, but a space that could genuinely be lived in, worked in, or simply enjoyed all year round.
We chose cedar for the cladding because it’s not only visually stunning, but also durable and low-maintenance. As the timber weathers over time, it’ll take on a gorgeous silver tone — giving it even more character. Inside, we’re going with premium finishes and plenty of thoughtful touches to make sure it feels just as good as it looks.
Right now, we’re at that exciting stage where the structure is up, the cladding is going on, and everything is starting to take shape. There’s still more to come — electricals, insulation, flooring, and all the finer details — but we’re well on track and loving how it’s coming together.
