I've been working from our new Cedar Room for 8 months now and the experience just gets better. North facing across the garden, I haven't had to worry about the sun streaming in and it is just great with the doors open on warmer days. It was well worth having a narrow window on the side wall near the back - lets in a good bit of light and avoids that 'boxy' effect I have seen elsewhere. The build quality is/was excellent; Stuart and Gary did a really great job for us (with help from the Magic Tube full of digestive biscuits, plus a make-do 'workshop roof' garden umbrella..) We gave them a tight space to work in and they really mastered the job. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Initial discussions with Steve were very reassuring and all our expectations were fully met. Thank you Team Cedar Room!

I honestly can't recommend Cedar Rooms Ltd enough!! Steve was amazing throughout the whole project, and was very patient with us when we changed our mind about the design about 4 or 5 times! Steve was ALWAYS on time, or even a bit early, always polite and very professional. We went for a 4x3m build with a 'hidden' side shed, with an internal L-shape to fit a desk. In total the work took around 9 days to complete from start to finish (including the foundation, build, electrics and plastering). We decided to purchase the doors separately as we wanted aluminium doors with integrated blinds; Steve was great in working with the door supplier and fitters and we had no issues at all. Our build was in Nov 2017. Really, really pleased!!!!

From initial contact to completion this Family business have been great to deal with. Working in a family business myself, I was impressed that at the start of “day 1” all materials arrived on site along with Simon and Rory. It is great to see small businesses offering apprenticeships and passing on skills, and Simon made sure Rory was fully involved in the build and not just tidying up after him. A room of this Quality is quite a big investment but once we saw the quality of the materials used along with Simon’s attention to detail I feel the Garden Room has definitely added value to our property. Start to finish in just over one week.

Simon and his team did and excellent job building our hut, even though we live the other side of London! As other reviewers have noted, they were all professional, polite, tidy and friendly which made the whole process so easy and worry free. The overall finish is beyond excellent and even though it's been a few months since it was completed it still looks amazing. I had tried a couple of other companies but they weren't prepared to build the hut in the way I required (a music room) but after a quick chat with Simon I knew that he was the guy for the job, so even if you are only just considering getting a garden office, it's really worth giving them a call. If I had another Garden I'd go back to The Cedar Room without hesitation and have another one built! Epic.
